The application for re-examination along with the required fee of $50 must be submitted to the Board for the candidate to be allowed to take the examination again. If the candidate fails the examination, they will be given an application for re-examination along with their examination results. After the applicant receives the Candidate Handbook, he or she will contact the computer based testing vendor, PSI, and schedule their examination at one of 17 locations in California or 22 locations nationwide. Once the applicant has been approved for testing by the Board, a Candidate Handbook will be mailed to the applicant.

The Application for Applicator License must be submitted to the Board along with the required $10 fee to be considered for licensure.
