I believe it should be a two (waters) for one (stamina) type of deal, like the pickaxe is, but it's not. There's a little "Refill Watch Ad" button that pops up when you're down to zero stamina but it does not work at all. The stamina refill rate is too much, it takes too long and it's just kind of frustrating. I really love this game! It's very much like Animal Crossing (which I also love).
